During her career, she managed cross-functional teams, including operations, service, and vendor relationships.
As a restaurant owner, she was responsible for effectively developing and executing digital media campaigns and brand development where she championed market expansion strategies through effective consumer-focused marketing campaigns. She was able to enhance the restaurant’s operational efficiency by managing budgets, costs, and employee retention.
Previously, as a business analyst, Ms. Hernandez implemented an overstock inventory management system and analyzed data to help leverage market intelligence and identify new service opportunities. Her research included identifying key decision-makers and customizing outreach strategies.
